From the hometown of Raleigh, NC
North Tower Band has been providing the best in Beach, Motown, Disco, Funk and Rock for 35 years.
In 2012 North Tower was inducted into the Carolina Beach Music Association Music Hall of Fame.
The band's members are Larry Dean, Jeff Hinson, Chuck Canady, Johnny Hopskins, Gerald Davis, and Steve Davis.
The band, Anybody’s Guess, was originally founded back in the late ‘80s by a group of friends from Wagener, Sc. After a brief break in the late ‘90s, the band soon re-emerged with several members from the Aiken area. This past year the band welcomed back another one of the founding members, Fred Seay, on guitar and vocals, as well as the newest member, Willie Glover, on keyboards, mouth harp and vocals. Along with Davie Shull, Ben Newman, Richard Turner, and Marshall Sanders on sound, the members of Anybody’s Guess can draw from over 35 years of collective musical collaboration with each other in various musical groups. To this day, the band’s name is meant to be a reflection of the diverse musical influences of its members and the wide variety of musical styles evident in their performances. As much as they enjoy making music and performing, the band gets an even bigger thrill out of seeing their audience dance, clap, tap their feet, and sing along to their favorite tunes.
RJ Henderson, Christine Smith, and Adam Elrod.
These three are very passionate singers with a solid mission: pointing listeners to the cross, encouraging the believer, and bringing an atmosphere of worship, all through music. Lead vocalist, RJ, formerly of retired group, His Mercies, can be heard on two top 40 Singing News songs, “I Want It All” and “Pray My Way Through,” previously recorded by the group. Christine, a native of Hampton, sings soprano for the group. She was formerly a background singer for Dolly Parton and family at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. Adam, tenor, was also the tenor singer for the popular Dove Award Nominated Southern Gospel trio, His Song. Popular songs by the group were “That’s When God Steps In” and “I Believe In Prayer.” "God has given us all the gift of music, and our hope is to see souls saved by presenting God's Word through song."
